The homologation world sure has brought about some interesting cars over the years. Porsche and its GT3 is one of those cars that’s perfected the homologation formula by mixing up that race car feel as well as provide a car that’s comfortable to drive on public roads. Exterior and Interior

The full bucket seats also have alcantara inserts and scream performance with the seat belts finished off in Guards Red. The original steering wheel with red 12-o-clock marker frames a set of white-faced dials. Added storage comes in the form of a luggage net in the passenger footwell, with a fire extinguisher beneath the passenger seat. A Bose Surround Sound system with voice control is a lovely touch in a car of this ilk, as is the dual-zone climate control. Of course, you’ve got the Chrono package with preparation for lap trigger for more hardcore thrills.

Engine
Porsche perfected the engine-out-rear format over the years, and the GT3 takes it to the next level with the 4.0L flat-six engine pushing out 500hp to the rear wheels. Purists might desire the manual transmission, but for whip-crack shifts at lighting speed, the PDK, as this 2019 Porsche 911 GT3 is equipped, is the way to go. You also get an extended range fuel tank as well as front lift system on this car. When it’s time to stop, the massive disc brakes on all wheels do a great job.
